1-QWKvalu is the first module, and a stand-alone module in the ValuPro set.

1-QWKvalu is designed to provide a quick simplistic valuation. It is useful in the valuation of certain businesses; maybe those that are very simple or maybe very small provided they have a measurable track record of sales and earnings. QWKvalu is often useful to a business owner or business broker/agent trying to get a quick ballpark idea of a business’s value. But, in its brevity QWKvalu leaves a hundred questions unasked and unanswered and conclusions should be viewed accordingly.

1-QWKvalu is typically a 15-30 minute exercise and measures earnings and holdings by combining balance sheet value with a weighted average of recast earnings and models them to fit through a variable return of investment window. Business-Trader.com Ad-Profile:  ValuPro1 is designed also to generate an ad profile for listing on Business-Trader.com. At the conclusion of the valuation calculation process, the user would simply complete the Business Description portion and then click the SUBMIT AD button.
