On November 17, 2007 we purchased Business-Trader.com from its 1999 founders.

As some will be aware, the site was suddenly offered for sale last fall. It was in deed opportune for us, since for the previous couple of years we had been developing a business-for-sale valuation & sale-presentation program that was nearing its release date, and at the same time, had been developing plans for a business-for-sale site with some unique services. We assumed we'd launch the site from scratch. ... but then, this unexpected opportunity.
